As the daughter of immigrant parents who moved from Guyana to the United States in pursuit of the American dream, Ms. Etwaroo knows first-hand how daunting the legal system can feel, and what a difference a lawyer can make in someone’s life.
She knew at a very young age that she wanted to be an advocate for those who needed help. She is the first lawyer in her family. She has practiced primarily in personal injury litigation for the past 10 years helping those injured in accidents navigate the insurance process and win.
Ms. Etwaroo is a trial attorney specializing in all aspects of personal injury litigation. She has worked on behalf of injured clients as well as in the defense of personal injury claims, which gives her a unique perspective on how to develop and litigate a case to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients.
She handles cases from inception through trial. She prides herself on her ability to connect with clients and jurors alike. She is not afraid to stand up to the insurance companies and fight for as long as it takes to obtain a just and fair monetary result.
